Please note that with reference to the Over DRAFT village design guide, D3 was marked as a potential amenity space. We have fed back verbally face to face and via email that this is not a viable site as this is our house and garden. It has been acknowledged that this is an error but as requested I am adding this email as additional communication/feedback prior to the deadline of 31st May. Please ensure this is logged and the plans are updated accordingly to avoid any further confusion or misleading information for the community and stress for our family.
I have recommended and would like to reiterate that the process, while well documented, clearly failed to pick up this significant mistake and you should review the process to ensure others do not have to go through what has been time consuming process of explanation. Maybe visiting proposed sites to establish if they are viable or are privately owned.
