There are some inaccuracies within Fig 30 on page 11 which I would like correcting;
1. Papworth's Close consists of five dwellings not six. The sixth dwelling shown is Nr 21 The Lanes.
2. The dark green shaded areas are privately owned by Nr.1 and Nr.5 Papworth Close, and should not be highlighted as Green Space within development.
3. The footpath between Nr.4 and Nr.5 Papworth Close is Private and not a Public footpath; there is No Public Right of Way within Papworth's Close.
Can you please ensure the above comments are reflected within the final Village Design Guide.
