The details required as part of the survey work are considered exhaustive and unnecessary. Furthermore the likelihood of a business moving the area being able to answer all of the questions posed is highly unlikely. Request that this section is reconsidered to be more practical and achievable. The requirements for say an agricultural workers dwelling in the greenbelt would be significantly less than posed here for a very unlikely scenario which would likely be accommodated on brown field land with limited impact to others and the landscape.

A fallback position of affordable housing is not practical. The housing may be in an unsuitable location and the relationship to the business operations may cause issues for access, health and safety etc. and result in a poor standard of amenity for the occupier.

The standard approach set out here to occupation of market units, code for sustainable homes etc. places a significant burden on the developer. There is nothing within this document to show that the cumulative impact of all the obligations set out here and within other planning policy documentation do not adversely impact upon the delivery of the plan. This should be clarified as a matter of significant importance.
