North East Cambridge Area Action Plan Issues and Options 2019

Representation ID: 32950

Received: 24/03/2019

Respondent: Mrs Anna Williams

Representation Summary:

The area should have excellent access and integration between different forms of transport (and this should be communicated well) so that users find it easy to switch between modes. E.g. parking outside the area and taking links in or taking a bus with a smart screen telling them which walking routes connect. Also perhaps the opportunity for CAM metros or buses to carry cycles so that users can travel into the city and then continue their journey by bike. Public transport stops should have the highest quality information about related routes. Buses should be single-ticket and cashless.
