The online application system being used is slow, obscure, and subject to numerous arbitrary limitations that appear to be the result of very poorly designed software. As part of engagement the council should seek to be using a modern, responsive, easy-to-use planning portal with public APIs that allow third-party developers to provide even better functionality as they see fit.
This could be the topic of a whole consultation in itself so I will not comment further.
