[..this should not be done by trying to deny residents in the area places next to their homes to park their car.
Rather, it should be done by NOT adding more jobs to Cambridge, but redressing the existing imbalance between jobs and residential accommodation by adding more residential accommodation and NOT more jobs. Then there would be less need for people to travel in and out of Cambridge for work.]
