Hmm - I think this is not a good use of resources. Private companies can provide this if they want. I do not need a shower when I cycle to work, because I cycle in a sensible way that does not menace pedestrians and other cyclists. I don't think we need Council planning to cater to the people who want to cycle at 70 mph to work and then shower.
