The bridge mentioned in point 6.25 "Crossing the railway line" should
include road access to the north end of Fen Road. It would make a
valuable positive impact on that community with regards access to the
emergency services and employment opportunities, currently limited by
the Fen Road level-crossing.
A large percentage of the people living there are poor, living in prefab "trailer"-style houses. A large percentage are also of an ethnic minority: Irish Traveller.
