Current means of vehicular access is to the west of the site along Ermine Street South. See attached Site Features and Constraints Plan for the location of existing vehicular access. An improvement to the existing vehicular access could be provided as part of development of the site. The site is adjacent to an existing settlement and therefore has access to utilities infrastructure. Two pylons traverse the north part of the site in an east-west direction. See attached Site Features and Constraints Plan for the location of pylons. The presence of pylons on the site could allow for a buffer area of public open space between the employment area to the north and land to be developed to the south.
