The north-western part of the site comprises a car park and the former Bellerby's College, an international school with on-site residential accommodation. The college building was demolished in 2021 and has been replaced with hardstanding. The North Cambridge Academy school is situated in the centre of the plot, with the playing fields to the south-eastern part of the plot and a tennis court to the north.
