4.4 We welcome the reference to the development being inspired by the unique characteristics of the existing settlement and surrounding area, with cherry trees and countryside setting and celebrating views. More specificity with respect to the materials palette would be helpful e.g. Cambridge brick and preferred roof materials based on an analysis of the local characteristics.
