Jargon Bust please: what's a design code, what's an SPD, what's an NDO? what's an Action Plan in this context?
Para 3.14 I couldnt get the link to work to Neighbourhood plans

Greater Cambridge Statement of Community Involvement Draft Consultation 2023

Representation ID: 200028

Received: 17/11/2023

Respondent: Ms Annabel Sykes

Representation Summary:

A priority not mentioned in paragraph 3.1 is secondary and tertiary healthcare. There is no link between adequate hospital provision and the Local Plan. Infrastructure referred to in paragraph 3.4 ought to include hospitals, but does not.
The Local Development Scheme update is overdue (paragraph 3.9).
As well as the local Nature Partnership (paragraph 3.28), GCSP should consider engaging (where appropriate and relevant) with Hobson's Conduit Trust, the Cam Valley Forum and other interest groups for particular chalk streams (eg the Wilbraham River Protection Society, referred to in Cambridge Water's draft Water Resources Management Plan 2024 Statement of Response).

Greater Cambridge Statement of Community Involvement Draft Consultation 2023

Representation ID: 200035

Received: 28/11/2023

Respondent: Mr Ze'ev Feigis

Representation Summary:

Has the council set up an open register of organisations which can be invited for consultations?
Such a pool will make sure that not the same people show up for every consultation, therefore a wider range of responses may be collected - not just from the privileged residents or the already represented wealthy businesses.
Local community centres may be mapped as well as hey act as local billboards.
Can the councils' local social workers recommend on small under represented groups?
Have there been any outreach to small religious (not Christian) centres? for eg. the Cambridge Gurdwara, Beth Shalom Reform Synagogue
