We support policy aspirations for the establishment of high quality landscape and public realm, to support high quality development overall. As with the CBC Vision 2050’s aims for future development, the establishment of high quality landscaping and public realm are central to the future success of the Campus. To thrive, the Campus and the identified Area of Major Change needs to achieve an exceptional quality of place. Detailed landscaping and public realm policies and interventions can be agreed with GCSP through the development of local plan policies.
