The Church Commissioners for England strongly advocate the Councils’ aim of sustaining the unique character of Greater Cambridge and complementing it with beautiful and distinctive development, creating a place where people want to live, work and play.
As discussed in response to Policy S/CB, the Commissioners’ vision for the Site is the realisation of a new place that exemplifies how people and nature can co-inhabit the landscape sustainably, in a place where they want to be. The Commissioners’ accompanying Vision Document details how it envisages this will be achieved.
