Marshall has a strong vision for Cambridge East and it sees the redevelopment of the site as an excellent opportunity to create the next stage of its contribution to the city’s social and economic life. Therefore, Marshall has a strong interest in creating a high quality development and is committed to delivering a scheme that improves the quality of life for all and that achieves strong legacy benefits.

Marshall has appointed a full consultant team to help deliver this vision and the team wishes to work with the GCSP and local communities / stakeholders to develop design principles and a design process that can inform a positive Local Plan policy for the site.
