The claim is made that 'Residents should have access to areas for growing food, caring for the natural environment, green open spaces' which seems to assume that people will not have their own gardens and will be living in flats. This is problematic because gardens have the potential to be excellent sources of biodiversity and to act as wildlife corridors.
