The plan does not contemplate the significant changes which will result from the pandemic. The growth plan should be recast both to asses revised models and consider brown field sites previously used for offices or retail
There should be a specific review undertaken of the positive and negative impact of the proposed housing development
The plan should commit to create significant and preserved nature corridors from the current edge of the city to the significant rural belt and not adopt an encircling approach
