58,500 new jobs by 2041 is “pye in the sky” and outrageous. Where are the grounds for that.

Protecting best agricultural land. Will help Climate change. Encourage growing more of own food needs
Protect existing business space. Do not develop on new sites
Pandemic proved remote working from home essential for adults and for young people’s. Good provision will help reduce numbers commuting.
No more Retail centres. Already oversupply
Is plenty of accommodation, attractions & eating places for visitors. Ensure public toilets suitably placed, maintained and area clean and tidy.
