A delivery hub sounds very sensible to avoid the extra traffic and pollution of multiple delivery companies driving diesel lorries to customers residencies. However it would be interesting to hear how this will work with so many delivery companies and retailers. Also for larger deliveries (such as furniture) this may not make sense to offload into a hub only to reload up into a small electric vehicle where it's the only item which can fit.
How about pickups?
