The Crown Estate note and support the need for the AAP (and potentially planning permissions granted within the AAP area, particularly where they are for major development that might be delivered in phases over a material period) to
include clear review mechanisms to reflect changes in circumstances and standards over the lifetime of the AAP development. This could include, but should not necessarily be limited to, sustainability standards.
