I support the need for a bridge from the A14 over the railway linked to the north of Fen Road but it should be a road bridge. This would greatly reduce the heavy traffic along Green End Road, Chesterton and Fen Road.
The railway crossing in Fen Road is now often closed more often and for longer periods as the 8 carriage Kings Cross trains terminate at Cambridge North.
The crossing could then be closed as a high percentage of traffic especially skip lorries need to use the A14
