I would agree with most of the overarching objectives, but there needs to a vehicular bridge over the railway to provide new access to Cowley Road for Traveller and Business communities to enable the Fen Road Level Crossing to be closed. This in turn will make Fen Road and Fen Estate much safer from dangerous and antisocial driving, and will reduce pollution.
Without this provision there cannot be ' social justice and equality '
