Yes, at the very least a pedestrian and cycle bridge should be included. BUT a bigger issue is vehicular access to Fen Road. The dead end is unhelpful in so many ways. Please consider using this development as an opportunity to add in a way of getting motor vehicles from Fen Road to Milton Road.
