North East Cambridge Area Action Plan Issues and Options 2019

Representation ID: 33024

Received: 25/03/2019

Respondent: Dr Peter Pope

Representation Summary:

Green space is essential and including blue space (water features). The large scale proposal (A) does not feel appropriate as I envisage mixed use with a fine grain more compatible with options B and C. Option D is good too.

As for option E I have described elsewhere the need to turn Milton Road from a five lane highway into a forest of trees. It should have a character more like Brooklands Avenue and less like the M1.

Making a connection to the Country Park and the Cam corridor is a no brainer.
