Well basically, get quicker, easier pedestrian and cycle links which are future-proofed (I have been stuck in cycle congestion in various areas in the city!) for all of the places outlined.
A) Crossing Milton Road is a slow nightmare. Sort it out.
B) see my answer to question 9.
C) the approaches to the JC bridge which I use regularly are terrible. There's also a useful Tesco there, which ought to negate the need for yet another large supermarket on site, assuming people can easily get to the Milton Tesco. As a resident of Milton, we also need the Greenway alongside the railway or both the JC Bridge and towpath will become congested. The towpath is already bedoming unpleasantly congested.
D) another guided bus stop (of which there are too few) would be very sensible.
E) ped-cycle links to all these areas are currently terrible and car-centric.
