Point 6.19 includes the claim "Many of the existing Science Park buildings are equivalent to 5-6 residential storeys."

There may be one building on the neighbouring science parks that is taller than 4 stories or 20m. To claim there are many is simply untrue.

Tall buildings create serious issues of wind tunnels, which can very adversely affect cyclists. This is seen on Hills Road where the construction of The Marque has led to an area which in windy weather is very dangerous for cycling, as the wind is concentrated down a narrow route, and eddies around the buildings. I have nearly been blown off my bike under a bus in windy weather there.
