Representation Summary:

We need jobs inside the city. But we need to make sure that HGVs don't go down residential streets past a school.
A road should be constructed linking the industrial estate directly with Milton Road. Then Nuffield Road can be closed off to motor traffic at the corner.

Either that or a road should be constructed linking the industrial estate directly with Milton Road. Then Nuffield Road can be closed off to motor traffic at the corner (cycle and pedestrian access should be maintained of course) so that "white vans" and HGVs go directly to the industrial estate from Milton Road rather than going along the residential Green End Road and then a school and more houses on Nuffield Road. I don't think the industrial estate should be moved as if you do, then all the people who work there may end up having to use a car to get there, perversely increasing traffic. But the residential bit of Nuffield Road should be a cul-de-sac allowing safe cycling and walking for all.
