Yes, there is way too much car parking in the existing Science Park and it clearly leads to congestion on Milton Road. Just stand out there in the morning and watch. Or talk to drivers because they aren't moving very fast and they will tell you that they are going to the Science Park.
The Science Park as it is currently built is a suburban nightmare consumed by car parking. That must be fixed.
