Certainly. Do keep in mind that the challenge of crossing Milton Road is that any route that involves a significant grade (up or down) will deter people from using it. Therefore a bridge over Milton Road is probably not going to work. However if Milton Road could be raised (to create an airy, light-filled underbridge) or lowered, that would potentially be a major improvement. However Milton Road should also be reduced in size in order to reduce the amount of car traffic entering the city.
