I support all of these. I see green space as the NUMBER ONE means to make the area attractive and desirable to residents and businesses. It's a key element in the success of, say, the Science Park. ALL of the options outlined here seem important and are not mutually exclusive. If tradeoffs have to be made, I'd decrease the district scale green space a bit to provide connections and corridors (that are not merely cycle throughways, but are also peaceful walking routes (cycles segregated or taken a different way). These connections and corridors can link together small neighborhood green spaces. It's all good and all valuable in meeting all the objectives: health, community, attractiveness, etc.
