No. We do NOT want building heights greater than 2 storeys in this part of town. Instead it should be a residential area limited to either 2-story buildings or 2-story with attic development inside pitched roofs. The area is eminently visible from the river, and must not be allowed to violate the rural setting of the river that currently pertains. The river in this area is of historical importance to sporting activities of both town and university.
