All of these options would be appropriate. I would also add that there is a lot of emphasis in this document in getting around the site itself, but it is important that if we want to build a low-carbon community, there is good linkage to other bus and cycle routes to get into the city and further afield. For example, it must link up conveniently with local greenways, the Chisholm trail etc.
