A more public art gallery (rather than University of Cambridge gallery) would be incredibly useful. Currently University of Cambridge galleries are very elitist in the eyes of the local community and not very inviting. This particular area of Cambridge is ideal for a new city owned gallery that should engage the community and be seen as owned by the community. And a library.
