I agree that around major transport interchanges, density should be the highest. In my first diagram, heights are typically 8 to 12 storeys, with a couple of feature buildings, in the styles of another attachment. In the second, if full redevelopment goes ahead after relocation of the sewage works, we could go to 25+ storeys, if someone is prepared to build it.
