The landscape buffer to Broadway is minimal. This is okay to the northwest where Cambourne is also close to the Broadway, but southwestern parcel shown close to the road should be moved back. Page 52 states that 'consideration of the existing country lane character of Broadway, and the potential value of retaining this' is needed, however, the current buffer doesn't look to achieve this.
