Strongly support principle of design guide. Introduction needs to clarify whether the Design Guide applies within the Parish Boundary or within the Village Envelope/development boundary as the latter includes parts of Pampisford and Babraham Parishes. I am pretty sure that the Design Guide covers the latter, but this does need to be made explicit.
