1. INTRODUCTION
Urge Land owners and developers to consider that profit does not come before people and place.

From the Inspectors report page 7 para 21 "The Plan proposes that development needs will be met at two new settlements at Waterbeach and Bourn Airfield. We have some concerns regarding the challenges of delivering new development at Waterbeach and Bourn, as set out below. However, there is no requirement for these sites to deliver housing in the early years of the plan period and consequently there will be an opportunity to review progress through the preparation of the joint local plan with Cambridge City Council, as required by the terms of the Greater Cambridge City Deal (see issue 17 below). I urge all who are responsible for the development of this site including the MOD & Urban & Civic, RLWE which includes local landowners, Royal London, Turnstone Estates and St John's College Cambridge that profit does not come before people and place. The responsibility is yours and yours alone. Some things cannot be bought.
