Support comments submitted by Waterbeach Cycle Campaign and the British Horse Society regarding access to green space on eastern edge of site.

I fully support the comments submitted by Waterbeach Cycle Campaign and the British Horse Association regarding connectivity and the right to enjoy designated public byways, footpaths and green space in the public realm on the rural Eastern edge of the New Town. I note that the SPD on the Eastern edge of the settlement refers to the fen edge looking out but not looking back into the site and how the proposed quantum and height of buildings especially the station quarter cannot be mitigated by planting because of the topography of the surrounding land.
