Support the concerns of the Environment Agency, Natural England and Heritage England regarding SEA screening.

On page 8 the second action is to complete Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Regulations Assessment Screenings to demonstrate how the SPD complies with EU Directives 2001/42/EC and 92/43/EEC. I fully support the concerns of the Environment Agency, Natural England and Heritage England and there are concerns that the proper environmental studies have not been completed and although outside the strategic site the Environment Agency's concerns about a huge sewage works in a level three flood zone area close to the banks of the river Cam.
