1. INTRODUCTION
Question validity of consultation as it has been rushed through member process.
It is clear from minutes of meetings held by the scrutiny and overview committee in July, (timeline provided in my email dated 23rd October 2018 )that the SPD has been rushed through and that members have strong reservations including the fact that councillors had only five days to read and comment on the draft SPD. I therefore question the validity of this consultation. It appears that the public do not have detailed information or policies to make proper informed decisions.
