I couldn't see the secondary school. If there isn't one any other secondary school is a long way and a dangerous route. All the social/health leisure facilities need to be in place before the houses are built.

Although a secondary school has been considered via reservation of space, this would benefit from further clarification. It is difficult to see how a secondary school would not be required unless the plan in the near term is to travel to outlying communities, which would seem to contravene key design principles. The plan would also benefit from an infographic clarifying the design criteria in terms of target market / anticipated generation profile. This would also help in assessing the sufficiency of other community facilities and the potential for achieving and retaining the sense of community.

No mention of secondary schools or medical facilities. To build a real community, lower rent space for independent shops/cafes is needed to avoid dominance by big chains.

Health facilities need to be planned 10 years in advance to ensure provision from day one for residents taking up occupation. All public facilities need to be operational fully from day one.

What does 'right community facilities' mean? This can only be asked of the people who will live there.
