Further comments: We are in broad agreement for use of this site for housing but do not think it needs more commercial activity. We disagree with moving the water plant to a green field site. We are also concerned that the area is seen in isolation and not how it connects to villages outside of central Cambridge.

Further comments: We see no provision for the elderly. The requirement for a performing arts hub is questionable given what already exists in Cambridge. Lack of sports facilities.

Further comments: Great care must be taken in the layout however especially around public spaces and in reference to existing Cambridge skyline.

Further comments: We feel the spaces are minimal and Cowley triangle is particularly small. Also better connections to other green spaces in surrounding areas should be made.

Further comments: We feel this is a bold experiment with regards to lack of parking spaces that will ultimately fail. Although connectivity to Cambridge North is good we believe better connectivity to external villages and more cycle routes are needed.

Further comments: Ambition to be carbon neutral by 2050 is a bit disappointing, why not use ground source heating? Not sure why flat roofs are a good thing.
