New search..but the reality is that the vision doesn't match what you are doing. Need to be far more bold and go for net zero emissions. It's possible to do this so given it's a new development, this should be the gold standard rather than a weak 'ambition' to be net zero.

0.5 cars is still 4,000 new cars. Again it should be more ambitious target. There are excellent bus/train links. Could you have parking away from homes to discourage?
