The Bursars' Planning Sub-committee (BPSC) acknowledges the alterations made to the draft local plan further to its earlier submission. It welcomes these helpful amendments especially in respect of policies H/AH (Student Accommodation and H/MO (HMO’s). These will enable the Colleges to continue to provide and service high quality student accommodation to our communities in the core areas where we have operated historically. It will also enable strong and focussed delivery of the associated pastoral care and communal benefits to our communities.
