We support Policy S/CBC and the identification and delivery of the Strategic Enhancement Area (S/SEA/CBC) associated with the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. The trustees own land at Granhams road/White Hill registered under HM Land registry title CB467601, within the area identified as Green Belt assessment parcel RC12 and falling within the SEA. As landowners within the SEA, we support the principle of the SEA and are willing to work constructively with Greater Cambridge Shared Planning, Cambridge Biomedical Campus and other relevant parties to facilitate the appropriate delivery of the SEA including the landscape, ecological and other enhancement objectives identified in S/CBC.
