Comments on Rural Southern Cluster(RSC) policy paragraphs 3.4.1 and 3.4.2 . This representation neither objects nor supports the plan, there is no option to comment or make an observation. Our client merely wishes to state its commitment to Land adjacent to Babraham (HELAA Site Reference 40297) for a proposed new Community circa 3500 dwellings and associated infrastructure(1,750 delivered within plan period to 2045, 1,750 delivered beyond 2045) remains available, achievable and deliverable in the RSC Policy area.
