Thank you for identifying Longstanton Paddocks as a significant site within the envelope (11b) and also for the requirement for a Conservation Management Plan to recognise and incorporate designated and non-designated heritage assets, with the latter referring to your local list. This raises the need to get the Paddocks adopted on the local list, for which we will seek clarity around the criteria for archaeological sites, but our group has also raised the issue of designations of strategic open space. Will sites like the Paddocks be designated as such as part of this process?
