Representation Summary:
Shepreth Parish Council supports the aims and objectives of the Plan and believes they form an important role in preserving the rural character and identity of villages such as Shepreth. The Parish Council is however concerned that the new Plan may be subverted by the new Development Corporation and/or the increasing use of permitted development and would strongly encourage the planning authority to strengthen the Plan through the use of an Article 4 Direction where necessary.
