NLHRL do not consider the plan to be positively prepared, justified, effective or consistent with national policy due to the matters raised in relation to reliance of
strategic sites without placing reasonable level of growth towards sustainable settlements such as Great Shelford and Stapleford. Accordingly, modifications are
required to the plan to address these concerns through the allocation of land at Hinton Way.
