It is considered that the settlement of Caxton should be identified as a Group Village given it's strong sustainability credentials. The village lies exceptionally close to the new settlement, Camborne, which is home to a multitude of essential services and facilities. These include schools, shops, restaurants and pubs and health services. These facilities will be achievable by foot, and all lie within easy cycling distance.
